I’m Nisarg Gurjar. I come from the operations side of the events business — sales calls, pricing, crews, weekends that only work if a hundred small things happen on time. That world runs on judgment and follow-through, and it turns out software does too.

My path into building didn’t go through a CS degree. It went through directing AI the way a founder directs a team: precise specifications, non-negotiable conventions, verification before trust. The result is everything on this site — live SaaS, automation carrying real revenue, an iOS app on TestFlight, a notarized desktop app.

That work turned into Ajna, my company — AI automation for wedding and event vendors, productized from systems proven inside a real events business first.
